Mr. Phillips is an experienced construction consultant with 15+ year’s experience in project management, commercial, and residential construction. He has worked as a Senior Building Consultant and a General Contractor. As a senior building consultant, he was responsible for communicating with clients and insureds contacts, scheduling inspections, compiling detailed take-off property condition, and estimating, analyzing, and reporting for complex projects. Mr. Phillips earned an Associates degree in Architectural and Construction Technology, in Broward College. He is a licensed contractor, a certified mold inspector, and a home inspector. He is proficient in Xactimate.
