Terry Taylor, P.E., is a Forensic Engineer, Emeritus, with Haag Engineering Company, the oldest failure and damage analysis (forensic) engineering company in the United States. Mr. Taylor has been employed over 38 years with Haag as a civil/structural forensic engineer. He has performed thousands of consulting assignments. He is a Licensed Professional Engineer in 12 states plus Puerto Rico, and is a Certified Thermographer, Level I. He has testified as an expert witness in over 200 depositions and trials. He has published numerous academic papers and given over 100 technical presentations to various professional groups. He is an active member of the National Society of Professional Engineers (NSPE), American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM), American Association for Wind Engineering (AAWE), and the Forensic Expert Witness Association (FEWA). Mr. Taylor is a Past Chair of the ASCE Texas Section Forensics Committee, and a Past President of the FEWA Dallas Chapter.
