Rick Dale is a Fire Consultant with Haag Global. He is a Certified Fire Investigator with the International Association of Arson Investigators, and a Certified Fire and Explosion Investigator with the National Association of Fire Investigators. Mr. Dale has over 20 years of fire-related experience and has participated in over 500 documented fire investigations and has been certified as an expert witness. He previously served as Senior Investigator of the West Division within the Houston Fire Department’s Arson Bureau, where he led a team of Fire & Arson Investigators. In 2020, Mr. Dale graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice with a concentration in Business from the University of Houston-Downtown. He then attended Lamar University where he earned a Master of Science degree in Criminal Justice, MSCJ, with a 3.7 GPA. He continues his education by attending seminars, conferences, and training events related to the investigation of fire and explosions.
