Larry Dillon has more than 36 years of extensive construction, restoration, and consulting experience. Mr. Dillon serves as the Executive Vice President Emeritus/Litigation & Appraisals Lead for Haag Construction Consulting. His focus is on expanding and enhancing litigation and appraisal services and overseeing staff development in those areas. His primary areas of expertise are in property loss consulting and construction litigation support, with a focus on the development of detailed loss analysis and documentation related to all aspects of commercial, institutional, and industrial insurance claims and property loss adjusting and consulting services across the United States and all US territories.

Mr. Dillon joined Haag in 2016 as the leader of Construction Consulting. He significantly enhanced the quality and reputation of Haag’s Construction Consulting division. Mr. Dillon hired and mentored talented staff, took on large projects domestically and internationally, and developed Haag into a go-to firm for building and construction consulting services. Before his career at Haag, Mr. Dillon worked for over 30 years in similar consulting and leadership roles with Property Loss Technologies, Stephenson Consulting Group, Belfor USA, and ProTech Contractors. Mr. Dillon is also the former owner and chief executive of WaveLight Studios in Fort Worth. He is a licensed adjuster in Texas. Mr. Dillon has served on Haag’s Board of Directors from 2019 to 2024. He was honored with the CEO’s Award for outstanding leadership and performance in 2018.
