Jonathan McGowan, P.E., is a Forensic Engineer with Haag Engineering Co., a division of
Haag Global, Inc. Based in Minneapolis, Mr. McGowan has a nine years of engineering
experience. His expertise includes structural evaluations of bridges and roadways;
elevated parking structures; basement and retaining walls; roofing systems; construction
defects; and moisture intrusion. He is a licensed P.E. in Minnesota. Mr. McGowan earned
a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from the University of Minnesota Duluth. He holds an
MnDOT Technical Certification and an FAA Part 107 Drone Pilot Certification.
