Tim Maloney is a Forensic Engineer with Haag Engineering Co., based in Fort Collins, Colorado. Mr. Maloney has nine years of engineering experience. His forensic engineering experience includes investigations of structural failures and component/cladding element failures and defects, and his structural design experience includes residential, commercial, and industrial sectors utilizing concrete, structural steel, wood, cold-formed steel, and masonry. His design experience includes completing structural design for a variety of new construction, re-construction, and repair projects in the residential and commercial sectors.
