Steven Faupel is an experienced forensic engineering professional currently serving as Forensic Engineer based in Tampa, Florida. As a forensic engineer, he conducts comprehensive field inspections of residential and commercial structures, determines the cause and origin of damage from a wide range of events including hurricanes, tornadoes, fires, floods, hail, and structural defects. His work involves advanced inspection techniques such as infrared scanning, drone photography, and moisture testing.
Mr. Faupel previously spent six years as a Forensic Engineer where he specialized in residential damage assessments, authored detailed technical reports, conducted code research, and provided expert consultation in legal matters, including depositions.
