Ryon Plancer, PE, is a Forensic Engineer with Haag, a Salas O’Brien Company. Based in Florida, Mr. Plancer brings over 27 years of diverse experience in engineering, design, construction, and expert witness consulting. His forensic engineering expertise includes structural evaluations, roofing system assessments, failure and collapse investigations, code compliance reviews, and moisture intrusion analysis. He also provides expert witness services and litigation support and has qualified and testified in local, state, and federal courts.

Mr. Plancer is a licensed Professional Engineer in seven jurisdictions. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Florida International University and is a member of both the American Society of Civil Engineers and the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (NCEES). He is also a contributing author and presenter for Haag’s damage assessment seminars.
