Ryon Plancer, PE, is a Forensic Engineer with Haag, a Salas O’Brien Company. Mr. Plancer splits his time between Florida and North Carolina. He has over 25 years of diverse professional experience in engineering, design, construction, and expert witness litigation support services. He is a registered Professional Engineer (PE) in seven jurisdictions. He had been qualified for, and testified within, local, state and Federal courts.

Mr. Plancer earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Florida International University, and is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and the National Council of Examiners for Engineers and Surveying. He is a contributing author and presenter of Haag’s damage assessment seminars.
