R. Kean Jenner, P.E., is a Forensic Engineer with Haag, a Salas O’Brien Company, based in Flower Mound, Texas. Mr. Jenner has more than 39 years of engineering experience. His areas of expertise include structural evaluations, earthborne and airborne vibrations, geotechnical evaluations, general civil engineering, and wind engineering and related storm effects. Mr. Jenner is a licensed Professional Engineer in Texas. He earned a Masters of Science in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Oklahoma. He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, Chi Epsilon, and Tau Beta Phi.
