Matthew Westrich, P.E., is a Forensic Engineer for Haag Engineering Co. Based out of Cincinnati, Mr. Westrich is an experienced civil engineer with more than 24 years of experience. He provides engineering consulting and expert witness services on a variety of issues including building structures and roof evaluations.  His background includes structural building design, structural bridge design, and forensic engineering.  Mr. Westrich has developed expertise in areas of roof assessment, structural engineering including tilt-up concrete buildings, as well as buried structures such as culverts, pipelines, and other buried structures.  He has inspected and assessed damage to hundreds of roofs including asphalt composition, tile, slate, wood shake, and commercial roofing systems.
