Kelly Cressy is a National Business Development Manager for Haag Global, Inc. She is an experienced business development professional with more than 20 years of experience in the insurance and construction industries. Ms. Cressy mostly recently worked as Business Development Director for global forensics division. She was responsible for acquiring, maintaining and growing relationships in the U.S. and London markets. Prior to that, she served as the Vice President of client relations, building client base.  She worked in business development for several insurance services firms, working to grow market share and increase brand loyalty.

Ms. Cressy’s memberships include Loss Executives Association, The CLM (Property Committee Co-chair), PLRB, RIMS – member, WSIA (committee co-chair), IACP – member, IICRC – WRT, ASD (Instructor), Dept. of Insurance (FL, GA, NC instructor). She studied Transportation & Logistics and International Business at Northeastern University, Boston, MA. Kelly is an experienced Salesforce CRM user, Miller-Heiman alumni, Customer Service Instructor for Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, and past president of Business Network International (BNI).
