Based in Lexington, South Carolina, Mr. Parker has a broad understanding of the claims ecosystem and how to navigate to results. Specific expertise developing and implementing claims and estimating best practices, workflows and processes. He is proficient in strategic planning & analysis and exhibits strong ability to develop and implement highly effective project management strategies that minimize exposure and drive sustainable growth and revenue. Mr. Parker is an experienced consultant with 25+ years’ experience in construction, restoration and insurance. Mr. Parker previously worked as a senior consultant, utilizing his technical education and decades of experience to provide expert solutions for emergency mitigation services, property restoration, and development advisory services. He founded and directed an independent claims adjusting and building consulting services firm. He also spent 18+ years as a large loss commercial property manager for a major carrier.
