Brandon Alaniz is Associate Vice President and Principal Construction Consultant with Haag Construction Consulting, a division of Haag Global, Inc. He is an experienced construction consultant, with more than 25 years in the construction industry. Mr. Alaniz is responsible for maintenance and completion of all consulting services and related work product. His emphasis is building reconstruction, restoration, and equipment, machinery, and remediation cost for the insurance industry. Mr. Alaniz prepares construction loss estimates and provides restoration/remediation management services for losses. Losses may be repaired by the owners and need constant supervision to expedite. Or, losses require management services to fast-track a project without a general contractor, to ensure the accurate and equitable conclusion of a loss. Mr. Alaniz is experienced in many forms and types of construction and restoration including: Large Commercial, Commercial Mixed Use, Multi Family, Single Family, Educational, Municipal, Hotel/Motels and High Rise Towers.
