Beau Hesson is a Forensic Engineer with Haag, a Salas O’Brien Company, based in Tulsa. He brings 19 years of experience in forensic and structural engineering, specializing in the evaluation of roofing systems, residential and commercial structures, and damage related to wind and hail events.
Mr. Hesson previously served as a consultant for FEMA and major engineering firms on projects involving high seismic and wind design, as well as industrial and oil & gas (O&G) applications. He is highly knowledgeable in building codes, hand and computer-assisted design calculations, finite element analysis (FEA), AutoCAD, and RISA/3D structural modeling.
He is a licensed Professional Engineer in 16 states and holds certifications including FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot (drone operator), Mobile Elevating Work Platform (MEWP), and the Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC).
