Ryan Ihrig serves as a Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Project Manager at Haag, a Salas O’Brien Company. With 15 years of experience in the GIS industry, Mr. Ihrig is adept at reviewing client data, processing various geospatial data formats, managing robust databases, and helping his clients to better understand the patterns within their data through intuitive visualizations and animations. His areas of expertise encompass photogrammetry, laser scanning, point cloud analysis, data interpolation, spatial analysis, data mining, data visualization, data digitization, production mapping, FME development (Feature Manipulation Engine), data analytics, data integrity validation, image analysis and metadata analysis.
Mr. Ihrig possesses extensive experience in mapping and digital imaging, digital data processing, and database design and management. He has successfully managed databases designed and built customized databases, including developing intuitive user interface tools permitting dynamic interactivity for multiple users simultaneously. He also prepares 3D site and incident reconstructions and animations, along with comprehensive facility and asset mapping systems designed for remote asset management applications Mr. Ihrig’s skills transform complex and large-scale data analysis into understandable visual outputs capable of resonating with non-technical decision-makers, including adjusters, attorneys, judges, mediators, arbitrators, and juries.
Mr. Ihrig also drives innovation in rapid field data acquisition techniques, layering multiple emerging technologies, both desktop-based and mobile-based, together to meet project-specific requirements.
