Mr. Goff prepares concise estimates from blue prints to concept phase, working from an individual line item takeoff, utilizing software such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project Scheduling, and Word. He has proven experience in layout and scheduling of total project, contract negotiations with owners and subcontractors, and problem and value engineering projects with architects and engineers. He is well versed in field measurements and shop drawings. Mr. Goff has worked with standard & specialty building finishes; epoxy& terrazzo flooring, faux painting, commercial wall covering applications. Experience in MEP systems including commissioning of projects.
