Lauren Arnold is Operations Manager for Haag Construction Consulting and Haag Technical Services. She oversees internal data collection, metrics and reporting, contract compliance, and organizational processes. Lauren manages HCC and HTS invoicing, including special billing, budgeting, AP, collections, time and expenses. Lauren supervises team coordinators, and is responsible for training and employee development initiatives. Lauren is the point-of-contact for marketing and business development efforts.
