Jeremy VanLeeuwen, P.E., serves as a Forensic Engineer with Haag Engineering Co., a division of Haag Global, Inc. Mr. VanLeeuwen provides engineering consulting expert witness services.  He has provided expert testimony involving roof and building envelope performance/incurred damages, including but not limited to structural failures, building component failures or damage incurred by weather events, and construction-related failures or damage assessment.  In addition to evaluations of structural components, structure, and components/cladding, Mr. VanLeeuwen has taught numerous continuous education courses for Haag Education, as well as presented at various conferences and claims association meetings.  Prior to joining Haag, Mr. VanLeeuwen was primarily involved in design, analysis, and evaluations of commercial structures, including foundation design, as well as retaining wall design. The design and analysis of these components included preparation of design drawings and details. He also serves as co-director of engineering training and development at Haag.
