With more than three decades of experience in structural engineering, David Lowry, PE, SE, brings extensive expertise in structural design, forensic engineering, and expert testimony. Based in Edmond, Oklahoma, Mr. Lowry’s primary areas of expertise include structural damage assessments involving wind and tornado events, earthquakes, fires and explosions, roof collapses, vehicle and tree impacts, flood damage, construction defects, water intrusion, and foundation movement.
Mr. Lowry previously designed and constructed a wide range of projects including schools, medical facilities, government buildings, commercial and industrial structures, and places of worship. Across both forensic and design disciplines, he is recognized for thorough investigations, high‑quality reporting, project leadership, and mentoring of junior engineers.
