Brian Olivieri, P.E., is a Forensic Engineer with Haag Engineering Co. He has over 32 years of engineering experience. Mr. Olivieri’s specialties include building envelope, foundation, construction defect, structural failures, and construction cost analysis; he also serves as an umpire and appraiser. Mr. Olivieri previously worked as President and Principal Engineer of his own engineering firm. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Connecticut. Mr. Olivieri earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and the Connecticut Society of Civil Engineers. He is a volunteer firefighter with the Durham Volunteer Fire Company, and is certified as a Firefighter I & II and an Emergency Medical Technician – Basic (EMT-B). He is also trained in Hazardous Materials Awareness & Operation and Cold Water Rescue.
